Directions

Attach the brush head to the compatible electric toothbrush handle by pressing it onto the handle until it clicks into place. For effective brushing, hold the toothbrush at a 45-degree angle to the teeth and move it gently back and forth. Replace the brush head every three months or when the blue bristles turn white, whichever comes first. The BrushSync technology will also remind you when it's time to replace the brush head.
